Welcome to the Connecticut Horse Council, Inc. Since its creation in 1971, CHC has been striving to be the voice of the horse industry in Connecticut. We have been involved with zoning, enacting state laws, equine health issues, disaster planning for horses, and more. We regularly interact with legislators, agency heads, town boards and others in our day to day dealings with horse related concerns. We advocate for horse owners in Connecticut, and also act as a resource for those seeking information.
